NCMS competed today at the CVCC math tournament. Parker, Sarah, Oliver took first second and third place in the eighth grade individual math competition. Newton Conover middle school won first place overall in the Middle School Team Competition.





Newton-Conover City Schools celebrates Financial Literacy Month in April. We are preparing our students through required Economics and Personal Finance Courses; middle school curriculum that teaches the basics of banking, budgeting, credit, and financial decision-making. We want our students to be financially fit!


Conover School helped the Catawba County Guardian Ad Litem Staff plant pinwheels at Conover school. Blue Pinwheels celebrate Child Abuse Prevention Month (April). Miss Kiefer, Mrs. Schaeffer, and Ms. Krueger's students helped plant today.
