Newton-Conover City Schools is thankful for the sacrifices made by service men and women that allow us to serve children in a free country. Without this liberty, many students in our area would likely not be served because of race, ethnicity, religious preference, or socioeconomic status. While we live in a free country, our freedom comes with a cost. That cost has been and continues to be paid by service men and women. During the month of November when Thanksgiving and Veterans Day both fall, our school system wants to express our Thankfulness for all Veterans........especially those who now continue to serve our nation not only in public schools but more specifically, Newton-Conover City Schools. We are grateful for your sacrifice!!!!!
